Please study for the Ch. 2 quiz, which will cover:

1. Vocabulary from p. 7, and

2. Translations of sentences from the story, and

3. Identifying subjects, verbs, and complements.

Due Thursday:

Please make flashcards for the Ch. 3 vocabulary, on p. 13.

Due Tuesday

1. Memorize the vocabulary on p. 13, and

2. Read the description of Roman clothing on p. 17, and be prepared to identify the following pieces of typical Roman dress: tunica, stola, palla, toga pura, toga virilis, toga praetexta, bulla, and Lares and Penates.

Study for you Ch. 28 (Caput XXVIII) quiz, which will cover the following:

1. Vocabulary, p. 3,

2. Translation of "Preparing To Go Shopping," p. 3,

3. Recognizing pronouns, and

4. An extra credit passage from Latin literature.
