Homework Through Monday, 1/28


Latin I

Due Wednesday/Thursday:
Study for Friday's quiz:
1. Translation of "Capture," "Disaster," and "On the Banks of the Tiber."
2. Vocabulary for Ch. 12-13, including all the adverbs.
3. Endings for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Declensions, masculine and/or feminine.

Due Friday:
Study for quiz.  See topics above.

Due Monday:
1. Memorize one Latin motto from p. 103, and be ready to explain what the words of the motto mean.
2. Write out the vocabulary for "Who Is To Blame?" p. 105, either on flashcards or on paper.


Latin II

Due Wednesday/Thursday:
Write out the vocabulary for "A Lesson for Sextus," pp. 117-118.

Due Friday:
Same as above, vocabulary.

Due Monday:
1. Finish your translation of "A Lesson for Sextus," pp. 117-118.
2. Write out answers, in Latin, for the questions in Exercise 39a, pp. 117-118 of your textbook.
